DENUDING PART-TIME FACULTY

The Affordable Care Act:  The name, itself, exudes the sense of a great humanitarian gesture. The reality is much different.  Wherever community college administrations employ large numbers of part-time faculty to deliver their classes, they are stripping them of hours in anticipation of a cost that has yet to be calculated, except in terms of penalties to the institution.
